*Packages from UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or Estafeta, weighing less than 100 pounds, transportable by one person.

Use your Backporch address as your shipping address on any platform. Make your purchases as usual without notifying us, and we’ll receive them at your mailbox.

Your packages will be delivered at our main facility in Laredo, TX. You can collect your packages there, or have them delivered to one of our branches in Monterrey, delivered to your home in Saltillo, or sent anywhere in Mexico.

Once your packages arrive at your mailbox in Laredo, TX, it takes from 2 to 4 business days, depending on when the package was ordered.

We ship nationwide across Mexico. Our orders ship from the Laredo branch to the Monterrey branch, and from there to their final destination through courier.

We can arrange shipments using a prepaid label, sell you a label, or arrange a cash-on-delivery shipment through the courier of your choice, such as Paquete Express, Senda Express, or Estafeta.

Backporch quotes shipping at 15% to 20% of the merchandise value per package, provided it meets the volume requirement. If it doesn’t, it will be quoted based on its volume.

You can make your payment using Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Deposit, PayPal, or cash.

You can receive your package for a fee of $8 USD and an additional $2 USD commission for each extra week it stays in our warehouses.
